How To Complete Where Spirits Have Lease Quest in Oblivion Remastered

You begin the quest in Oblivion Remastered by heading to the Count’s Arms in Anvil and talking to Velwyn. Velywn will tell you of a manor he is selling for 5000 Gold. Purchase the manor to begin the quest.
Once you pay the required money, Velwyn will hand you the keys. Head to the Benirus Manor and enter using the key. Head to the upper floor and sleep on the bed, after which you will be attacked by spirits. Kill the ghosts and head downstairs to find a “Scrap from Lorgren’s Diary” alongside a skeletal hand. The scrap mentions a secret room in the house.
Head back to Velwyn and he will confess to befrauding and endangering you, and will agree to help you in lifting the curse. Accompany Velwyn to the manor and defend him from the spirits inside. Clear your way through the manor and its basement till you reach a dead end. This dead end itself is the secret door.
Once Velwyn unlocks the door, enter the secret room and interact with Lorgren’s skeleton. Re-attach the skeletal hand back to the skeleton, and Lorgren’s spirit will be freed. This spirit is evil and will attack you right away. Defeat the spirit and inform Velwyn of your progress to complete the quest.
