In this guide, we shall go over how to get and use the Kulemak’s Invitation in Path of Exile 2, a secret item in the game.
Path of Exile 2’s latest update brings a ton of new content, but some of it is well hidden, and you’ll only find it if you have Kulemak’s Invitation. Kulemak’s Invitation is a special item that grants you access to the Well of Souls and is your only way to acquire the Abyssal Lich Ascendancy.
As you can tell, the item is incredibly important. The issue, however, is that you can only get the item as a random drop. This puts you at the mercy of RNG, which can be incredibly frustrating. If you’re seeking this item or have it and don’t know how to use it, this guide is for you.

How To Get Kulemak’s Invitation in Path of Exile 2
You acquire Kulemak’s Invitation as a random drop from killing enemies in Path of Exile 2. The problem is that the drop rates can be brutal, making it quite a grind to acquire the item. We recommend focusing on enemies such as the Swallower of Light or Blackblooded Enslaver, as they have a higher chance of dropping it.
The other way of acquiring Kulemak’s Invitation is through the Currency Exchange Market. You can access this market by interacting with the Currency Exchange NPC. Alternatively, you can also purchase it from the Trade Market. These methods are more expensive, so we don’t recommend them as your first choice.

How To Use Kulemak’s Invitation in Path of Exile 2
Once you have Kulemak’s Invitation, you can use it to enter the Well of Souls and access the Black Cathedral. To do this, simply walk up to the Well of Souls, and you’ll have the option to enter the Black Cathedral. This is an important area where you fight the Vessel of Kulemak. Furthermore, it is only through fighting this boss that you can unlock your Abyssal Lich Ascendancy.
