Soul Cores can boost the stats of a gear when equipped into a slot. Here is how to get these items and use them in Path of Exile 2 (PoE2).
In Grinding Gear Games’ Path of Exile 2, players will get multitudes of items on their journey across Wraeclast. However, some collectibles have the power to modify the stats of your weapon and armor, and Soul Cores are one such item among them. These socketable items offer various mods to your martial weapons and armor, adding special effects to your gear.
Similar to Runes, Soul Cores can be equipped with the empty slot of weapons and armor, which in turn enhances the stats of the gear with special effects. However, these cannot be removed or replaced once equipped. Also, you won’t receive Soul Cores while salvaging or disenchanting the gear.
