You can find Fortified Milk right away as you begin a run in PEAK. After going through the airport section and boarding your plane, you’ll crash into a biome, kicking off your survival journey. As soon as your character wakes up after the crash, seek out the white suitcase. This suitcase is right next to the plane. Walk up to it and press E to open it. You’ll then find the Fortified Milk item right inside it, and you can press E again to pick it up.

Finding the first Fortified Milk in the opening act is guaranteed. Finding the rest, however, is not. You’ll find the other Fortified Milk cartons inside suitcases all over the biomes. Explore thoroughly and seek out as many as you can to stock up on Fortified Milk.

What Is Fortified Milk in PEAK

As stated earlier, Fortified Milk is a consumable item in PEAK. You can consume Fortified milk to gain temporary armor. This temporary armor will block all instances of damage that you take from enemies in the game.

The armor is certainly an OP item, but it is balanced by the stamina bar. Whenever your stamina falls too low, you lose your temporary armor. This will leave you exposed and can often lead to death. Be strategic about using the armor. We suggest saving it for the zombies or the spiders in the game.
