In PEAK, the official description of the Megaentomology Badge is to survive an Antlion attack. However, the game does not provide you with any extra information, including where to find the Antlions and how to survive their attack. That makes unlocking the Megaentomology badge a challenging task.
Unlocking the Megaentomology Badge in PEAK
Since Antlions are located in the Mesa biome only, you must first head there to unlock the Megaentomology badge. The Mesa biome is currently easily accessible because of its one-week replacement for the Alpine biome. Once you are in the biome, look for circular sandpits in the area to locate the Antlions. However, before entering the pit, you need to make some preparations. For instance, make sure your stamina is fully recharged and that you have a rope in your inventory.
Afterward, head down from the center of the pit, where you will encounter Antlions. However, you should not underestimate their bite, as just a few can cause you to faint.
