Learn how to complete A Pan-tastic Pot of Tea side quest in Pokemon Legends Z-A by finding Pansage, Pansear, and Panpour.
A Pan-tastic Pot of Tea is Side Mission 18 in Pokemon Legends Z-A, and it starts with Servando, the owner of Cafe Cyclone in Vert Sector 3. Servando wants to create a tea inspired by three elemental Pokemon. To help him, you need to catch Pansage, Pansear, and Panpour.
You can start this quest after reaching Main Mission 08: Reaching Rank V. Once you defeat Lida and unlock full access to Lumiose City, Servando appears outside Cafe Cyclone in Vert Sector 3. You can easily travel there from Wild Area 3 using fast travel.
How To Finish A Pan-tastic Pot of Tea Quest in Pokemon Legends Z-A
Your main task is to find Pansage, Pansear, and Panpour within Lumiose City. They prefer high places like rooftops or trees, and they do not spawn in Wild Zones. Here is how you can track them down:
Fast travel to the Nouveau Cafe Truck No. 2 near the Bleu Pokemon Center. Look for scaffolding nearby and climb up. Once you reach the rooftop with a few NPCs and breakable rocks, you may find two of the Pokemon at once. They usually appear around levels 16 to 17.
Start from Prism Tower and go northwest toward Saison Canal. Climb the broad staircase, turn left, and go up the ladder to reach the rooftops. You might spot all three Pokemon together here, typically between levels 14 and 17.
This is an easy option located between the Magenta and Rouge sectors. Trees along the street can host any of the three Pokemon. Tree encounters are simpler since the Pokemon stay still, making it easy to throw a Poke Ball without missing.
You can also find them near Cafe Batai in the grassy park north of Wild Zone 6, or around the Hibernal Pokemon Center alley. The trees here may spawn one at a time.
Only one Pokemon spawns per tree, and they respawn after a few minutes. Resting on benches near Pokemon Centers or fast traveling away and returning can reset spawns. Time changes from day to night, and also refreshes the area.
Once you have caught all three Pokemon, add them to your active party and return to Servando at Cafe Cyclone. He will check them and complete the tea experiment.

After you complete the quest, Servando gives you a few handy rewards:
