Starting Location

You acquire this quest by convening for a strategy meeting at Hotel Z, after which you have to meet up with Naveen in Rouge Sector 6. To get to your destination, fast travel to Cafe Kizuna, east of Rouge Plaza, and then head straight for the objective marker.
You’ll find Naveen standing at the base of a Holovater. Talk to him, and he’ll point out that the Holovater isn’t working as intended. He’ll then spot Gwynn spying and will rush up to confront her. Gwynn was behind the faulty Holovater, and you have to beat her to get some answers.
She uses the following Pokemon in battle:
- Banette
- Gourgeist
- Gengar
- Mega Chandelure
Gwynn is fairly easy, and you can beat her in battle by using Pokemon such as Houndour, Absol, Malamar, and other Dark-type Pokemon. She’ll then fix the Holovator, and it’s a straight dash to Rogue Mega Ampharos from there.
