Pokemon Legends Z-A: A Summons From Vinnie Guide
Starting Location

You start off this quest right in Hotel Z during a meeting with Team MZ. The team is discussing their next course of action regarding Prism Tower. The only one who can deal with the tower’s situation is Mega Floette, and for that, the team needs the strongest Mega Evolution user. AZ identifies you to be the very same, earning the ire of Taunie. Taunie then gets a pager notification, and Vinnie wishes to meet her at Quasartico Inc. and wants her to bring you as well.

Answering the Summons from Vinnie
Exit Hotel Z and make your way to Quasartico Inc. Approach the building, and you’ll find Vinnie standing right at the gate. He summoned you on behalf of President Jett, who is now waiting inside the building and wishes to speak to you. Wrap up the conversation and press A to enter the building.
Head inside, and President Jett will be waiting for you. She’ll thank you for helping out earlier, and then will go on a huge exposition dump about how her company helped redevelop the city. As the redevelopment plan made its way to Prism Tower, the company discovered its hidden power, which was drawing wild Pokemon from all over the country.
Now, with Rogue Mega Pokemon being a big problem, Jett fears that the city will fall into unrest once again. She wants your help dealing with this problem. As you agree to help her, Vinnie returns, stating that he’s discovered new readings of Mega Power in the city, and will email the details to you.
Wrap up the conversation and head back to Hotel Z. Lida will inform you that she’s received the details from Vinnie and will hold a strategy meeting. In the meeting, she’ll inform you about the reports of a Dragonite in Vert Sector 3, a Tyranitar in Jaune Sector 4, and a Starmie in Bleu Sector 9. You simply have to defeat these three Pokemon to complete the quest.
