Here is a list of all the Berries in Pokemon Legends Z-A along with details on what they do and how you can use them in different cases.

Berries are technically Held Items in Pokemon Legends Z-A that have various kinds of effects on your Pokemon. They do not add buffs directly, but rather help your Pokemon in unique ways. Some Berries can automatically heal, while some will prevent status conditions. Other Berries can help with your stat distribution and reduce certain aspects so that you can better EV and IV train them to your desire.
Although Pokemon Legends Z-A does not have a conventional way to use items, the functionality of Berries remains the same for the most part. In this article, we will list all the Berries that you can get in the game and what they do.

If you are into ranked battles, choose which item to have your Pokemon hold carefully as they can make or break your overall performance.
How to Get Berries in Pokemon Legends Z-A

There are three ways to get Berries in Pokemon Legends Z-A:
- Pick up from the ground during exploration in Lumiose City.
- Purchase from Berry Stalls scattered across Lumiose City.
- Get as rewards from Side Quests and Infinite Z-A Royale.
If you have enough money in Pokemon Legends Z-A, buying Berries from the stalls are the most consistent way to get your desired one. Finally, you can also get some Berries from side quest rewards and from the Infinite Z-A Royale, although the latter is purely dependent on your luck.
How to Use Berries in Pokemon Legends Z-A

Some Berries are held by Pokemon, whereas some can be used as normal items in Pokemon Legends Z-A. Either way, the method to use them remains the same:
- Press X on your Nintendo Switch to open the menu.
- Head to your Satchel.
- Press the R button to go to the Berries menu.
- Select the Berry that you want to use.
- If you want to give the Berry to a Pokemon, simply click on the appropriate option and then select the Pokemon from your team.
- If you want to use the Berry immediately, select the use option instead.
In most cases, Berries function similar to held items, but can also be treated as battle items in some special cases, like using one to reduce the base stats of a Pokemon. Weigh in your options carefully before using these, as these changes are permanent and cannot be reversed.
