Here are all the Eevee evolutions, or Eeveelutions, that you can get in Pokemon Legends Z-A along with details on how to get the right item.

Eeveelutions, or Eevee evolutions, are some of the most sought-after Pokemon that trainers want in every game. Once you catch an Eevee, you can evolve it to a variety of different forms, based on your preference or type requirements. Since Pokemon Legends Z-A is situated in Lumiose City of Kalos Region from Generation VI, you might wonder if all Eeveelutions will be there and how you can obtain them all.
All eight Eeveelutions should be there in Pokemon Legends Z-A, as confirmed by the full Pokedex image. Sylveon, the last Eeveelution to be added, debuted in the Kalos region, which is also the setting of Legends Z-A. As such, you should be able to get all eight of them, provided you have eight Eevees for it. In this article, we will explain how you can get all Eeveelutions in Pokemon Legends Z-A.
All Eeveelutions And How To Get Them in Pokemon Legends Z-A
Here is how you can get each of these Eevee forms in Pokemon Legends Z-A:
How To Get Flareon in Pokemon Legends Z-A

You need to use a Fire Stone to evolve an Eevee into a Flareon in Pokemon Legends Z-A. Introduced in Generation I, it is one of the original Eeveelutions and is a simple item-based evolution. Moveset and time of the day do not affect this change in any way. You will be able to purchase a Fire Stone from the Stone Emporium for 3,000 Poke Dollars.
How To Get Jolteon in Pokemon Legends Z-A

Eevee needs a Thunder Stone to evolve into a Jolteon in Pokemon Legends Z-A. This is yet another simple item-based Eeveelution from Generation I, and does not care for the moveset or time of the day.
There are three ways to get a Thunder Stone in Pokemon Legends Z-A:
- Purchase from Stone Emporium for 3,000 Poke Dollars.
- You can find one Thunder Stone inside Racine Construction during Mission 14 Reaching Rank E.
- Another Thunder Stone can be found inside Lysandre’s Lab in Mission 35 Reaching Rank A.
How To Get Vaporeon in Pokemon Legends Z-A

Your Eevee will evolve into a Vaporeon by using a Water Stone in Pokemon Legends Z-A. Also introduced in Generation I, you do not need to care about any other factors like time of day or moveset. Water Stone can be bought from the Stone Emporium for 3,000 Poke Dollars. You should also be able to find them during exploration, although we haven’t been able to spot any yet.
How To Get Glaceon in Pokemon Legends Z-A

Eevee will evolve into Glaceon by using an Ice Stone in Pokemon Legends Z-A. Glaceon was introduced in Generation IV, and also classifies as an item-based Eeveelution. Currently, there are two known ways to get Ice Stone in Pokemon Legends Z-A:
- Purchase an Ice Stone from the Stone Emporium for 3,000 Poke Dollars.
- Get an Ice Stone as a reward after completing ‘A Chilling Challenge’ side quest.
How To Get Leafeon in Pokemon Legends Z-A

To get a Leafeon in Pokemon Legends Z-A, you must use a Leaf Stone. According to Pokemon lore, you should also be able to evolve an Eevee into a Leafeon near a Moss Rock, but this does not seem to exist in Pokemon Legends Z-A. As such, Leaf Stone is the only way to get Leafeon.
Currently, there are two ways to get a Leaf Stone in Pokemon Legends Z-A:
- Found on top of a building in Rogue Sector 5. Look for a holovator that goes up and locate a rooftop with a seating area. Look at the corner of the shrubs near the balcony and you will spot a glowing Poke Ball. Interact with this to get a Leaf Stone.
- You can also purchase a Leaf Stone from the Stone Emporium for 3,000 Poke Dollars.
How To Get Espeon in Pokemon Legends Z-A

To get an Espeon in Pokemon Legends Z-A, you must have maximum friendship with your Eevee and evolve it during the daytime while ensuring it does not have any Fairy-type moves. Introduced in Generation II, Psychic-type Espeon introduced the concept of Friendship-based evolutions.
Once you have the maximum friendship with an Eevee, check its moves to see if there are any Fairy-type moves like Baby Doll Eyes. If it has, remove this for anything else, and then evolve your Eevee during the daytime. If all the conditions are met, your Eevee should become an Espeon in Pokemon Legends Z-A.
How To Get Umbreon in Pokemon Legends Z-A

Evolve your Eevee at maximum friendship during the night while ensuring it does not know any Fairy-type moves to get an Umbreon in Pokemon Legends Z-A. The second Eeveelution introduced in Generation II, Dark-type Umbreon, is a fan-favorite and one of the most sought-after forms.
The process is the exact same as Espeon, but the timings are reversed. Once you attain maximum friendship with your Eevee, ensure that there are no Fairy-type moves, and then evolve it during nighttime to get an Umbreon.
How To Get Sylveon in Pokemon Legends Z-A

To get a Sylveon in Pokemon Legends Z-A, you must attain maximum friendship with an Eevee and ensure that it knows at least one Fairy-type move. Introduced in Generation VI, Sylveon was the last Eeveelution to exist. It is a Fairy-type Pokemon that often finds spots in many competitive teams owing to its great base stats and its ability Pixilate.
As long as you have maximum friendship with your Eevee and it knows a Fairy-type move, you can evolve it at any time to get a Sylveon. If your Eevee does not have any Fairy-type move, then you must teach it one otherwise, you will not be able to get a Sylveon.
