In the All Tied Up side quest, you encounter a person caught in Pokemon webbing who wants to break free. You can unlock this quest after progressing through Main Mission 19. During this main mission, you have to defeat Josee in a rematch and collect ticket points for a challenger’s ticket, which will unlock the side quest. How To Finish All Tied Up Quest in Pokemon Legends Z-A
While wandering around the Rouge Street, you will come across a man in a cocoon near the Sushi High Roller restaurant. Talk to this person, and he will explain his situation. The main objective of this side quest is to destroy the cocoon with enough power. You need to perform a move with at least 100 power to break it. If you don’t have a Pokemon with such a move, use a TM that increases attack power.
Once you destroy the cocoon, the man explains that three Spinarak trapped him in a web. However, these Spinarak are not wild Pokemon but his partners. After a short conversation, the All Tied Up side quest ends.
All Tied Up Quest Rewards in Pokemon Legends Z-A
Completing this quest rewards you with 1,500 Poke Dollars and 10 Net Balls. These balls are especially useful, as they have a higher chance of capturing Bug- and Water-type Pokemon in Pokemon Legends Z-A.
