The Bergmite sur un Avalugg is one of the side quests you unlock after reaching the post-game of Pokemon Legends Z-A. For this quest, you will have to find and catch an Alpha Avalugg. It’s a pretty straightforward task with a decent amount of rewards. The only problem you may have is where you can get your hands on this specific type of Pokemon, if you haven’t caught one yet.

How To Complete Bergmite sur un Avalugg Quest in Pokemon Legends Z-A
To unlock this quest, you must first complete The Future of Lumiose City main mission. After the credits roll, you’ll enter the post-game with a massive catalogue of side quests to complete. One of the quests is Bergmite sur un Avalugg.
To start the quest, you need to interact with Brina along Bleu Street. You can fast travel to the Bleu Pokemon Center to reach her. She wants you to find her an Alpha Avalugg so she can take a picture of her four Bergmites on the back of the giant Pokemon.
Where To Catch Alpha Avalugg
You can find an Alpha Avalugg in the water section of Wild Zone 12. Fast travel to the zone and head southwest from the canal. You will find the water area with icebergs floating around. This area is relatively open with little to no obstruction. You should not have any trouble spotting an Alpha Avalug during the day or night.
Alpha Pokemon are more aggressive than regular ones. You can use a Master Ball to catch them without initiating a battle. However, if they do spot you, you have no choice but to fight them to weaken them before attempting a capture. You can check our list of Poke Balls to see which ones you need to use to increase the odds of catching this Pokemon.
Head Back To Brina
Once you have your Alpha Avalugg, head back to Brina. She will be so excited when you show her the Pokemon you just caught. The four Bergmites will then happily jump into the flat back of the Avalugg. After the cutscene, you receive your rewards.

Completing this quest will reward you with coins and the following items:
- 5,000 Pokedollars
- 4x Exp. Candy L
The Exp. Candy L has a massive amount of EXP for your Pokemon. This makes it easier to level them up, especially if you are rushing to complete a quest that requires you to evolve them.
