Krookodile is uniquely suited to taking down one of the more popular and deadly threats for Season 2 of Ranked Battles, Delphox. All of this without needing to use Mega Evolution is an excellent trade off. This lets you save Mega Evolution for another Pokemon who might need it more.

Here is the best moveset in PvP matches for Krookodile:

• Crunch
• Earthquake
• Aerial Ace
• Bulk Up

Bulk Up is an extremely common setup move you should consider before using any other moves. This move will further increase Krookodile’s attack to another level. This will let you get some easy one-hit knockouts.

Crunch and Earthquake are both moves that will receive a Same Type Attack Bonus (STAB) from Krookodile’s typing. Moreover, both of these moves will be crucial in taking out Mega Delphox, or any other Psychic or Fire-type Pokemon.
