The Greninjite is a Season 1 reward for those participating in online ranked battles in the Z-A Battle Club in Pokemon Legends Z-A. It’s the first of three Mega Stones for the Kalos starters, which can only be acquired through this method. So in this article, let’s go over the necessary requirements for getting this Mega Stone and how long players can get the Greninjite as a ranked battle reward.
How To Get the Greninjite in Pokemon Legends Z-A
To receive the Greninjite, players must reach Rank K on the Z-A Battle Club online ranked battle ladder. This Mega Stone is a reward available only for Season 1 ranked battles right now. You cannot receive the Greninjite by progressing through the plot of Legends Z-A or completing any side missions. However, you do get a Froakie pretty early on from side mission 009 A Challenge From Froakie.
The Pokemon Company has stated that the Mega Stone will be redistributed as a reward again in future seasons. So Greninja fans who fear that this is a one-time deal have no reason to worry.
How Long Will the Greninjite Be Available as a Reward for Ranked Battles?
Season 1 of the Z-A Battle Club started on Pokemon Legends Z-A’s release date, October 16, 2025. This season will end on November 5, 2025. So players have three weeks to get their hands on the Greninjite.
