The Kanto Starter Pokemon, those being Bulbasaur, Charmander, and Squirtle, are among the many Pokemon available in Legends Z-A. These three are among the first and most iconic Pokemon. As an added bonus, these three also have some of the most famous Mega Evolutions of them all.

How To Start A Call From Mable Mission in Pokemon Legends Z-A (Side Mission For Kanto Starters)
A Call From Mable is the 22nd Side Mission in Pokemon Legends Z-A. This mission is obtained by talking to Nurse Joy. The exact condition for obtaining this side mission is unclear at the moment. However, you might get it after you have reached Rank W in the Z-A Royale or have completed enough of Mable’s tasks.
Just return to the Poke Center and talk to the resident nurse present. She will tell you that Director Mable is looking for you for one reason or another. This will then start the Side Mission A Call From Mable.
How To Get Charmander, Bulbasaur, or Squirtle in Pokemon Legends Z-A
To continue this mission, head to the Pokemon Research Lab. You can simply teleport there since you have been there before. After you reach the lab, head to the third floor where Mable is. On this floor, you will see the three Pokemon, Bulbasaur, Charmander, and Squirtle, off to the side.
There is no need to talk to Mable, as she will not respond in any special way. Instead, approach the three Kanto starter Pokemon, and Mable will talk to you herself. She will mention that they were left in her care.
She claims that she is looking for exceptional trainers to raise them, and she believes you fit the criteria. You can then have your pick of the three Starter Pokemon. You can either make a choice that complements your starter choice or go with whatever you have a fondness for.
