Meditite and Medicham in Pokemon Legends Z-A are a pair of Fighting/Psychic-type Pokemon that you can add to your collection. While you can only capture Meditite out in the world, you can obtain Medicham through evolution or by catching it. How To Get Meditite and Medicham in Pokemon Legends Z-A
Getting Meditite
You can catch Meditite in Wild Zone 6. You need to visit this area during the day to make Meditite spawn, as the Pokemon won’t appear in Wild Zone 6 after dark. If necessary, you can advance time to reach daytime when you’re setting out to catch Meditite. To do that, rest at any of the benches outside the Pokemon Centers in the game. Besides Wild Zone 6, there aren’t any other world locations where the Pokemon spawns.

Getting Medicham
Medicham is the evolved form of Meditite, so you can get it by performing an in-game evolution. When you level up the Meditite in your collection to Level 37, the Pokemon becomes eligible for an evolution that transforms it into Medicham. However, there are a couple of other ways to get your hands on a Medicham in the game.
One way to acquire the Pokemon is to catch it in Wild Zone 16 during the daytime. This particular Wild Zone opens up during Main Mission 24: Reaching Rank C. Keep in mind that instead of the regular variant of Medicham, you might encounter the Alpha Medicham spawn inside this area.
The last way to get Medicham is to enter Wild Zone 20, which unlocks after Main Mission 38: The Future of Lumiose City. Wild Zone 20 spawns several fully evolved Pokemon, one of which is the Alpha Medicham. Make sure you’re level 64 or higher before heading to this area to battle the Pokemon. It doesn’t matter whether you visit the wild zone during the day or at night since Alpha Medicham spawns during both times. However, if the Pokemon doesn’t spawn the first time, simply fast travel to a different area and then return to Wild Zone 20. Keep repeating this process until you find the Alpha Medicham.
