- Go to the menu screen.
- Head over to Satchel.
- Find the Medicines tab.
- Select a Potion.
- Then select ‘Use this item‘.
- Select the Pokemon you want to heal.
That’s it. Your Pokemon’s HP will now be restored. However, depending on the Potion you use, different amounts of health can be recovered at a time. You can also use this method to revive any Pokemon that might have fallen in battle. If you don’t have any Potions, you can always visit a Pokemon Center to buy more.

Visiting a Pokemon Center
This is the easiest way to heal a Pokemon. Here’s how you can do it:
- Locate the nearest Pokemon Center in Lumiose City.
- Visit the location and press ‘A’ to talk with the nurse.
- Select ‘I’d like to heal my Pokemon’.
That’s it. The nurse will take your Pokémon and heal them all at once. This will also rid them of paralysis, revive them from a faint state, and instantly remove any negative effects, such as poisoning.
