Rogue Mega Barbaracle Strategy and Recommended Level
Rogue Mega Barbaracle is a Level 48 opponent, so you have to match that when you face him, necessitating the need to be at Level 48 at a minimum. Rogue Mega Barbaracle uses the following attacks:
- Rock Slide: Rogue Mega Barbaracle will summon floating rocks that will crash into the ground. You can easily sidestep this.
- Power-up Punch: The Pokemon will jog up to you, swinging his arm for a strong punch. You can easily sidestep this.
- Binacles: The Pokemon will summon minions to fight for him.
- Slash: The Pokemon will charge up and launch a series of anime-like punches at you. You can interrupt this attack when he’s charging.
- Waterfall: Rogue Mega Barbaracle will summon a wave and ride it in a straight line towards you.
The trick to beating Rogue Mega Barbacle is to constantly stay on the move. The boss punishes staying still regardless of the distance you’re at. Thankfully, you can sidestep almost all his moves, essentially making them trivial. While doing so, it is important to exploit his weaknesses, and Victreebel is the frontline of your attack.
