How To Complete Operation Protect Lumiose in Pokemon Legends Z-A
After the events in the Prism Tower’s Dark Turn mission, you head straight to helping other Trainers battle Rogue Mega Evolution Pokemon around the city. You will need to travel around the city and help various familiar characters before you reach the final battle.
Mega Garchomp, Mega Pidgeot, and Mega Kangaskhan

The first marker leads you to Ivor and Weynn. They are dealing with a Mega Garchomp, Mega Pidgeot, and Mega Kangaskhan. You have a goofy conversation with your two allies before teaming up to deal with the threat in front of you.
Mega Garchomp is weak against Dragon and Fairy. On top of that, it is 4x weak against Ice-type. You can use this to your advantage by bringing in Pokemon with moves that match the weakness.
As for Mega Pidgeot, it’s weak against Electric, Ice, and Rock. Meanwhile, Mega Kangaskhan is weak to Fighting-types. Considering how two of the targets share the same Ice-type weakness, you can focus on having a mix of Ice and Fighting Pokemon on your team.
Mega Blastoise and Mega Steelix

After dealing with the first wave, you will enter a cutscene. You will then have to follow Ivor, which will lead you to Canari and the next wave.
Heading to your next target, you’ll encounter a Rogue Mega Blastoise and Mega Steelix. Just like before, you need to exploit their weakness. Mega Blastoise is weak against Electric and Grass. Meanwhile, Mega Steelix is weak to Fire-, Water-, Fighting-, and Ground-types.

Go Through the Maze
The next target is located way up on a platform. Make your way through the maze-like path, up the yellow ladder, and through the scaffolding. Simply follow the markers, and you should have no problem navigating.
Mega Salamence and Mega Aggron

You’ll eventually make it to a massive square hole. You need to jump into the hole to reach the next area. You will go through a cutscene before you can progress to the next segment. Moving forward, you’ll meet up with Lebanne, who is fighting Mega Salamence and Mega Aggron.
As usual, you will need to fight by exploiting their weakness. Mega Salamence is weak to Dragon and Fairy. However, it is 4x weak to Ice-type Pokemon. On the other hand, Mega Aggron is weak to Fighting, Ground, and Fire-type moves.
After defeating the two, you will need to follow the marker, which will lead you to where Corbeau is.
Mega Gardevoir and Mega Gallade

Reaching your next destination, you will face off against a Mega Gardevoir and a Mega Gallade. Fortunately, both of them share the same weakness to Ghost-type. You can use this to your advantage when building a team for this battle.
Meet Up With Syndicate Members
After defeating another wave of Rogue Pokemon, you will need to follow Corbeau. You’ll eventually encounter more syndicate members. They will help you climb up a building by forming a human ladder.

Mega Metagross, Mega Alakazam, and Mega Aerodactyl

Once you reach the top, you are greeted with Rogue Mega Metagross, Mega Alakazam, and Mega Aerodactyl. As usual, you will not be fighting them alone. Griselle and Grisham will appear to assist you in this battle.
Mega Metagross is weak against Fire, Ground, Ghost, and Dark-type moves. Meanwhile, Mega Alakazam can be countered with Bug, Ghost, and Dark-types. Finally, Mega Aerodactyl is weak against Water, Electric, Ice, Rock, and Steel.
After defeating the last wave of Rogue Mega Evolution Pokemon, you will go through a series of cutscenes before finally going face-to-face with a Hyperrogue Ange Floette.
How To Defeat Hyperrogue Ange Floette

As the final boss of the main story, Hyperrogue Ange Floette has massive HP. On top of that, you can’t simply attack it to reduce its HP. You first need to deal with its blue and red flowers before you can start taking a chunk of its HP away.
Once the two flowers are destroyed, you will then need Zygarde as both an offensive and defensive option. After Floette receives enough damage, it will start using an AoE attack. Zygarde will spawn a green circle on the ground where you need to step inside to avoid receiving damage. Rinse and repeat this process while attacking the massive Floette. Once the boss’s HP drops to the red bar, Zygarde will transform into Zygardite to finish off Floette.
You are then greeted with a cutscene, which leads to the game credits. You might think the game is over at this point. However, you will be directed to the next mission, which is The Future of Lumiose City.
