This article will cover the Ranked Season 2 for Pokemon Legends Z-A, including its duration, rewards obtainable, and more.

Ranked Season 2 is about to begin in Pokemon Legends Z-A, and it will differ in a lot of ways from the first-ranked season. This new season will also bring new rewards, along with allowing two new Pokemon to be available for use as well.
All of this, and more, will be detailed below.
Pokemon Legends Z-A Ranked Season 2 Overview

Ranked Season 2 Duration in Pokemon Legends Z-A
The second season will start on November 5, 2025 (10:00 p.m. PST) and run until November 25, 2025 (9:59 p.m. PST). This lines up with the duration of the first season as well. If you were unable to get the Greninjite in the original 20 days since launch, do not worry. You will still be able to get this Mega Stone and the new item much more easily.
Ranked Season 2 Rewards
| Rank | Rewards |
|---|---|
| Rank A | Dream Ball ×3 Gold Bottle Cap ×1 Bottle Cap ×3 Seed of Mastery ×3 Big Nugget ×1 |
| Rank B to E | Dream Ball ×2 Gold Bottle Cap ×1 Bottle Cap ×2 Seed of Mastery ×2 Nugget ×2 |
| Rank F to K | Bottle Cap ×1 Seed of Mastery ×1 Nugget ×2 |

Apart from the above-mentioned rewards, you will also be able to get Greninjite and Delphoxite for reaching certain ranks. Unlike the above rewards, which are only obtained at the end of the season, these are given as soon as you attain the corresponding rank.

- Delphoxite: Rank S and above trainers
Eligible Pokemon For Ranked Season 2

You might think that the eligibility list would remain the same for this season as well. However, this is not the case. You can now use Xerneas and Yveltal in Ranked Battles. Expect the meta to shift significantly from the entry of these two Legendaries.
You can get Xerneas and Yveltal by completing two post-game main missions called The One That Gives and The One That Takes. However, the rest of the rules remain the same from Season 1, as seen below:
- Pokemon are set to level 50.
- Only one Pokemon per species is allowed.
- Regional forms are allowed, but must follow the one per species rule.
- Zygarde is not allowed in Ranked Battles.
