This means you need to go through all the main story missions before you can do this side quest. As the title suggests, this mission requires you to use Aurorus in battle. It’s very straightforward, so you won’t have a hard time completing it.

How To Complete Show the Power of Aurorus! Quest in Pokemon Legends Z-A
Speak with Nage in the Stone Emporium on Vernal Avenue to start the Show the Power of Aurorus side quest in Pokemon Legends Z-A. To make things quicker, fast-travel to the Vernal Pokemon Center. Keep in mind that this quest is only available once you finish all the main story missions and reach the post-game.
Revive Amaura From Sail Fossil
Your first task is to acquire an Amaura through the Sail Fossil. You can get one through the Stone Emporium for 20,000 Pokedollars. Once you have the Sail Fossil, revive the Amaura at the Pokemon Research Lab. Afterward, level it up to Level 39 so it can evolve into an Aurorus.
Prepare Your Aurorus For Battle
Once you have your Aurorus, you need to level it up for the upcoming battle. Otherwise, you will be severely underleveled, and the fight will be much more difficult. The recommended level is around Level 52 or more. The higher you get, the better stats it will have. Additionally, have your Pokemon learn the Blizzard move.
Defeat Tyrantrum Using Aurorus
The next task is to defeat Renc and his Tyrantrum using your Aurorus in battle. Make sure it is the only Pokemon in your lineup before starting the battle. Fortunately, the opposing Pokemon is weak against Ice-type moves. If your Aurorus has the Blizzard move, this battle should be easier to win. Just be careful when they start using Earthquarke and counter it with Protect.
Show the Power of Aurorus Side Quest Rewards
Completing this quest will reward you with coins and the following items:
- 1,000 Pokedollars
- 3x Rare Candy
- 1x Lemonade
Rare Candies are always a good item to have, especially if you are leveling up a lot of Pokemon at once. Lemonades, on the other hand, can heal a Pokemon for 30 HP; it is a good healing item to have in case of emergencies.
