The Budew Show is one of those short and relaxing side quests that gives you a break from the main missions in Pokemon Legends Z-A. Here, you take part in a small contest where your Budew is the star of the show. Instead of fighting, you just need to present your Budew to a group of judges in Lumiose City.

You can only start this quest after finishing Main Mission 07: Reaching Rank W. Head to the Vernal Pokemon Center in the Vert District. There, you will meet an older man named Jardin who loves Budew. After a short chat, he will invite you to join his Budew showcase. He later moves to Bleu Sector 8, near the fountain, where the real event happens.

Before going there, make sure you have a Budew at your party and at least 5800 Poke Dollars for the entry fee.

If you do not already have a Budew, you can catch one in Wild Zone 2. You will spot them easily in grassy areas near the bridges. They are shy and tend to run away when they notice you, so crouch in the tall grass and approach slowly.

Once you have Budew and enough money, go to Bleu Sector 8. Jardin will be waiting near the fountain. Pay the entry fee to join the show. The event itself plays out automatically through a short cutscene, so you do not have to battle or press any buttons. Your Budew impresses the judges, and you complete the quest right after.

The Budew Show Quest Rewards in Pokemon Legends Z-A

After finishing the event, you get 10000 Poke Dollars and a Miracle Seed. Since you spent 5800 on the entry, you still walk away with a good profit. The Miracle Seed is great for boosting the damage of Grass-type moves, which helps if you use Budew, Roselia, or Chikorita in your team.
