The Wondrous Self-Healing Pokemon side quest in Pokemon Z-A unlocks after you reach Main Missions 38. Here’s how you can complete it.
Side Mission 109, or The Wondrous Self-Healing side quest in Pokemon Legends Z-A takes place after you finish the main missions of the game. The side quest takes you to challenge Bien and his team of Fairy Pokemon. Here’s a quick walkthrough on how you can finish this side quest in Pokemon Legends Z-A.
Wondrous Self-Healing Pokemon Walkthrough in Pokemon Legends Z-A
To start the quest, you need to head towards the Vert Pokemon Center, located on the south side of Lumiose City. You can also check your map for the quest marker to fast travel to this location. After reaching the Pokemon Center, you’ll have to talk with Bien, the Pokemon Nurse. You can heal your Pokemon at the Center, but this side quest involves you fighting a battle against her.
To start the battle, simply choose the third option below the “I’d like to do some shopping” dialogue option.
Bien’s Pokemon are Clefable, Roserade, Avalugg, and Heliolisk. Most of them are Fairy Type Pokemon and can be countered easily with Steel/Fighting-Type Pokemon. Her Pokemon levels are around 66-67. So make sure to be a level or two ahead to beat her easily.
During the battle, Bien’s Pokemon mostly use Fairy-type moves like Moonblast, and Roserade might spam Toxic during its turn. Steel types resist those attacks and can beat her Pokemon easily. We recommend Lucario, Skarmory, or Excadrill for this battle.
Lucario’s Fighting moves, like Close Combat and Ice Punch, can help you take down two of her Pokemon. Excadrill and Skarmory resist Fairy Type moves, making the battle trivial against Bien’s Pokemon. Bien, being the Pokemon Center nurse, mostly spams healing in battle. So, make sure to always hit her with the most damaging moves with your Pokemon. If your Pokemon are above level 69, you can easily one-shot all her Pokemon.
If you have any Mega Evolution Stones to spare, you can use them in the fight to finish Bien’s Pokemon quickly, as they will constantly heal during battle. This makes the battle a bit tedious sometimes, depending on your RNG. However, with the Mega Moves, you can simply one-shot the Fairy Pokemon before they heal.

After you defeat Bien, you obtain 1x Lucky Egg, 2x Max Revive, and 5x Full Restore. Plus, you also get 4500 Poke Dollars to spend on any shop.
