Galvantula ex is a rare addition to Joltik Box decks. However, it definitely should not be ignored as both its moves provide different uses. Its first move, Charged Web, does double damage to opposing Pokemon ex, making it a useful early game attacker if you decide to evolve your Joltik directly.
Its second move, Fulgurite, is a bit more interesting. It deals a pretty useful 180 damage and Item locks your opponent for a turn at the cost of discarding all attached Energy.
