Luxray ex works well in combination with Pidgeot ex to form a decent control combination. The card has a move called Piercing Gaze, which lets you pick up a card out of your opponent’s hand and discard it. In combination with Eri, Xerosic’s Machinations, and Chi-yu ex, you can mill your opponent’s deck fairly consistently.
