Alolan Ninetales is the featured card for the newest Drop Event in Pokemon TCG Pocket. Here are all the missions and rewards you can get.
Pokemon TCG Pocket organizes a good variety of events quite frequently. The last Drop Event which took place, involved the Sky High Pokemon Rayquaza. This time, you can get cards like Alolan Exeggutor and Alolan Ninetales.
Drop Events require you to take part in solo battles against the AI. If you win, you get a Promo pack, which rewards you with a random card from the event. The event is already live and will last until May 26, 2025. Here is everything to know about this event.
How To Participate in the Alolan Ninetales Drop Event in Pokemon TCG Pocket?
This event is no different from any other drop event. Head over to the battle tab and select Solo Battles. You should be able to see the Alolan Ninetales Drop Event series of battles here.
Simply click on the tab and select the difficulty of the battle. Initially, only the beginner difficulty will be unlocked. However, as you win more battles, you will be able to compete in harder battles. You will need one Event Stamina to take part in a battle. Although if you lose the battle, your stamina will be refunded.

This drop event also lets you get up to five different promo cards. These are:
- Toucannon
- Alolan Grimer
- Crabrawler
- Alolan Exeggutor
- Alolan Ninetales (Full art)
All Missions and Rewards From the Pawmot Drop Event in Pokemon TCG Pocket
There are four difficulty levels you can challenge in this event. The Expert difficulty is guaranteed to drop a Promo pack. Naturally, it will be harder to win against. All four difficulty levels have different missions and rewards you can claim.

(Note: The ♢ symbol denotes the card rarity in game. The more ♢ that are present on the card, the rarer the card will be.)
Beginner
- First Time Rewards: 2x Pack Hourglass, 1x Promo Pack, 1x Shop Ticket, 25 XP
- Chance Rewards: Promo Pack, 25x Shinedust, Shop Ticket
- Knock Out your opponent’s Active Pokémon 1 time with an attack from a Metal-type Pokémon: 4x Event Hourglass
- Put 3 Basic Pokémon into play: 4x Event Hourglass
Intermediate
- First Time Rewards: 4x Pack Hourglass, 1x Promo Pack, 1x Shop Ticket, 50 XP
- Chance Rewards: Promo Pack, 25x Shinedust, Shop Ticket
- Knock Out your opponent’s Active Pokémon 2 times with an attack from a Metal-type Pokémon: 3x Event Hourglass
- Put a Stage 1 Pokémon into play: 4x Event Hourglass
- Win this battle by turn 14: 4x Event Hourglass
Advanced
- First Time Rewards: 6x Pack Hourglass, 1x Promo Pack, 1x Shop Ticket, 75 XP
- Chance Rewards: Promo Pack, 25x Shinedust, Shop Ticket
- Knock Out your opponent’s Active Pokémon 2 times with an attack from a Metal-type Pokémon: 4x Wonder Hourglass
- Win this battle using a deck where all Pokémon cards are of ♢, ♢♢, and/or ♢♢♢ rarity: 4x Wonder Hourglass
- Win this battle without your opponent getting any points: 4x Wonder Hourglass
- Win this battle by turn 14: 4x Event Hourglass
Expert
- First Time Rewards: 8x Pack Hourglass, 1x Promo Pack, 1x Shop Ticket, 100 XP
- Chance Rewards: Promo Pack, 25x Shinedust, Shop Ticket
- Win this battle by turn 12: 5x Wonder Hourglass
- Win this battle using a deck where all Pokémon cards are of ♢, ♢♢, and/or ♢♢♢ rarity: 5x Wonder Hourglass
- Win this battle without your opponent getting any points: 5x Wonder Hourglass
- Win 10 or more battles: 5x Wonder Hourglass
- Win 20 or more battles: 5x Wonder Hourglass
