The seventh Generation is taking over as the Celestial Guardians expansion was just announced for Pokemon TCG Pocket.
Pokemon TCG Pocket is showing no signs of slowing down, as they have just announced their newest Booster Pack titled Celestial Guardians. The Sun and Moon Pokemon, Solgaleo and Lunala, are arriving in the digital trading card game.
This pack will be launched on April 30, 2025, with many other Alolan Pokemon and trainers. Here is everything that was revealed.
When Is the Celestial Guardians Booster Pack Releasing in Pokemon TCG Pocket?
The newest expansion will roll out on April 30, 2025, at 11:00 p.m. PDT. This translates to:
- EST – 2:00 a.m. April 30, 2025
- BST – 7:00 a.m. April 30, 2025
- JST – 3:00 p.m. April 30, 2025
- IST – 11:00 a.m. April 30, 2025
This means there’s less than a week for trainers to prepare for the upcoming pack. Make sure to stock up on Pack Hourglasses if you are interested in these new cards.
Which Cards Are Included in the Celestial Guardians Booster Pack in Pokemon TCG Pocket?

Naturally, as seen in the thumbnails and promotional images, Solgaleo and Lunala are going to be the face of this pack. A bunch of other cards will be arriving, as seen in the trailer as well. These cards are:

- Popplio
- Alolan Marowak
- Vulpix
- Alolan Raichu Ex
- Orciorio
- Alolan Meowth
- Sophocles
- Mallow
- Acerola
- Kiawe
- Lana
- Ilima
- Rare Candy
- Rotom Dex

Half-Year Celebration For Pokemon TCG Pocket
The new expansion isn’t the only thing being added to the game. Since Pokemon TCG Pocket will be nearing six months since its release, a new event will take place to celebrate the occasion.
This event will let you take part in missions and solo battles through Promo Pack A Series Vol. 7 boosters, which will have a chance to reward you with the Legendary Sky High Pokemon, Rayquaza.
