There are certain cards that you should ideally target while rerolling your account in Pokemon TCG Pocket. Since the game is new, it might be too early to decide which cards will be meta. However, here are some of the ones that are likely to do extremely well in PvP plays:

  • Pikachu ex – available in Pikachu Genetic Apex pack
  • Charizard ex – available in Charizard Genetic Apex pack
  • Venusaur ex – Available in Mewtwo Genetic Apex pack
  • Mewtwo ex – Available in Mewteo Genetic Apex pack

All of these cards have different playstyles, so you should decide on how you want to build your deck before rerolling your account. Charizard ex and Pikachu ex are the most heavy-hitting attackers currently, likely to feature in popular meta decks. Venusaur ex is tanky and is a great support card, however, it can be one-shot by Charizard ex decks. Mewtwo ex, on the other hand, is a very well-balanced card that can synergize well with other attackers like Gardevoir.

We strongly suggest you decide on your approach to Pokemon TCG Pocket before rerolling and finding your ideal card choice from the starter packs.
