A new Ultra Beast Drop Event has started in Pokemon TCG Pocket, where you can get cards like Ultra Necrozma and its other forms.
Drop Events often take place in Pokemon TCG Pocket and are a good way to gain a ton of Promo cards. This time, the theme is Ultra Beasts, where you will battle against Ultra Beast–focused decks and get Promo packs.
This event also introduces Ultra Necrozma and its two other forms to the digital card game. The event starts on June 3, 2025, and runs until June 14, 2025. Here is everything to know about the Ultra Beast Drop Event in Pokemon TCG Pocket.

How To Participate in the Ultra Beast Drop Event in Pokemon TCG Pocket
The process to start this event is the same as any other Drop Event. First, head to the Battle tab from the home screen. Navigate to the Solo Battle section, and you will see a set of “Ultra Beast Drop Event” solo battles.
In this event, you will gain “First Time Clear” rewards upon clearing a battle for the first time, along with additional rewards based on certain missions you complete. You will need Event Stamina to participate in these battles. However, if you lose a battle, the stamina will be refunded. These battles are certainly a good way to gain some new cards and tickets.
All Promo Cards in the Ultra Beast Drop Event in Pokemon TCG Pocket
Unlike previous Drop Events, this time you can get seven promo cards. These are:
- Kartana
- Blacephalon
- Xurkitree
- Stakataka
- Dawn Wings Necrozma
- Dusk Mane Necrozma
- Ultra Necrozma
All Missions and Rewards From the Ultra Beast Event in Pokemon TCG Pocket
Like other Drop Events, this event features four difficulty levels you can challenge. These range from Beginner to Expert, with Expert being the most rewarding difficulty. Therefore, you should build a strong Darkness-type deck to counter the enemy decks and win more easily.
(Note: The ♢ symbol denotes the card rarity in-game. The more ♢ symbols a card has, the rarer it is.)
Beginner
- First Time Rewards: 2x Pack Hourglass, 1x Promo Pack, 1x Shop Ticket, 25 XP
- Chance Rewards: Promo Pack, 25x Shinedust, Shop Ticket
- Knock out your opponent’s Active Pokemon 1 time with an attack from a Darkness-type Pokemon: 4x Event Hourglass
- Put 3 Basic Pokemon into play: 4x Event Hourglass
- Win this battle by turn 14: 4x Event Hourglass
Intermediate
- First Time Rewards: 4x Pack Hourglass, 1x Promo Pack, 1x Shop Ticket, 50 XP
- Chance Rewards: Promo Pack, 25x Shinedust, Shop Ticket
- Knock out your opponent’s Active Pokemon 2 times with an attack from a Darkness-type Pokemon: 3x Event Hourglass
- Make your opponent’s Pokemon Poisoned 1 time: 3x Event Hourglass
- Win this battle by turn 14: 4x Event Hourglass
Advanced
- First Time Rewards: 6x Pack Hourglass, 1x Promo Pack, 1x Shop Ticket, 75 XP
- Chance Rewards: Promo Pack, 25x Shinedust, Shop Ticket
- Knock out your opponent’s Active Pokemon 2 times with an attack from a Darkness-type Pokemon: 4x Wonder Hourglass
- Win this battle using a deck where all Pokemon cards are of ♢, ♢♢, or ♢♢♢ rarity: 4x Wonder Hourglass
- Win this battle by turn 14: 4x Wonder Hourglass
- Win this battle without your opponent getting any points: 4x Wonder Hourglass
Expert
- First Time Rewards: 8x Pack Hourglass, 1x Promo Pack, 1x Shop Ticket, 100 XP
- Chance Rewards: Promo Pack, 25x Shinedust, Shop Ticket
- Win this battle by turn 12: 5x Wonder Hourglass
- Win this battle using a deck where all Pokemon cards are of ♢, ♢♢, or ♢♢♢ rarity: 5x Wonder Hourglass
- Win this battle without your opponent getting any points: 5x Wonder Hourglass
- Win 10 or more battles: 5x Wonder Hourglass
- Win 20 or more battles: 5x Wonder Hourglass
