A lot of prominent Twitch streamers love anime, and some of them have taken their passion for the art form to the next level by pursuing voice acting. Some of the biggest streamers on Twitch, like Rachell “Valkyrae” Hofstetter and Lily “LilyPichu” Ki, have lent their voices to popular anime.
The following list highlights some of the most popular streamers from Twitch and YouTube who have professionally voice-acted in anime.
LilyPichu
LilyPichu starred as Yoshi in Don’t Toy With Me, Miss Nagatoro (2022), Kulumil in The Seven Deadly Sins: Grudge of Edinburgh (2022), and Takahashi in Kimi Ni Todoke (2024). She is not only voice acting in popular anime but also in games like Arknights, Genshin Impact, and Guardian Tales.

The streamer is set to appear in multiple upcoming anime projects, so fans can expect to experience her work in the future as well. Lily is also a musician, artist, and 2D animator. She currently streams on Twitch but also has multiple active YouTube channels.
Sykkuno
Thomas, better known as Sykkuno, is a Twitch streamer and YouTuber who often appears in OfflineTV content. He played the role of a Hannya Tribe member in the Tribe Nine anime. The anime revolves around tribes from 23 cities in Tokyo. Fellow content creators Valkyrae, Jeremy “Disguised Toast” Wang, and Corpse Husband are also part of the same anime.
Since his role in Tribe Nine, Sykkuno has not appeared in any anime. It is not currently known if he plans on taking up more voiceover work.
Valkyrae
Valkyrae played the role of a Hannya Tribe member in the Tribe Nine anime. However, that is not the content creator’s only connection to anime. She launched her own media company, HiHi Studios, which will develop and produce intellectual property (IP) for graphic novels, TV, and film projects with a focus on anime-inspired content. She wants to be a part of the anime, manga, and the larger animation ecosystem.
CDawgVA
Connor Marc Colquhoun, also known as CDawgVA, is a professional voice actor with over 13 years of experience. He has appeared in two anime to date, namely Seirei Gensouki: Spirit Chronicles as Reiss Vulfe and Tribe Nine as a monkey.

Kayli Mills
Kayli Mills is a professional voice actor and streamer who is known for her art streams. She is an industry veteran who has worked as a voice actor for over nine years.
