Just like every other Twitch drop, you can get this item by watching a stream for a set amount of time. For this particular item, you need to watch official Rainbow Six Twitch channels or select partner streams. There will be a two-hour stream, and all you have to do is watch it for 15 minutes to get the Y10S3 reveal charm. As for the timings, the stream will start on August 17 from 10 AM PT until 12 PM PT.
