Even though Ready Or Not has been available for PC players for a long time now, the game just released on consoles such as PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S. The game features over 50 trophies and achievements. While some of these can be acquired by playing the single-player mode, others will require you to team up with a friend and play in co-op mode. | The Left Behind | Get C+ or better on Carriers of the Vine, Sins of the Father, Ides of March, and A Lethal Obsession. |
| Panic Room | Finish Lawmaker with at least a C+ score. |
| Back to School | Complete Dorms with a C+ rating. |
| The Abducted | Finish Buy Cheap, Buy Twice, Hide and Seek, Ends of the Earth, and Greased Palms with C+ or higher. |
| The Meek & The Earth | Complete Leviathan with at least a C+ rating. |
| Due Process | Neutralize a suspect using a breach charge (C2). |
| The Decaying City | Finish Elephant, Relapse, and Neon Tomb with at least a C+ score. |
| The Dogs Heads | Earn a C+ rating on Mirage at Sea. |
| The Devil | Use the secret “kill me” team command. |
| The Margay | Complete 3 Letter Triad with a C+ score or higher. |
| Smile, You’re on Camera! | Appear on the helicopter’s surveillance feed during a Dark Waters mission. |
| Party Crasher | In Mirage at Sea, capture Sah’id before civilians are harmed. |
| The Hanged Man | On Port, only use tasers, flashbangs, and door-bashes. |
| Beat Cop | Complete Narcos using only lethal pistols — no explosives. |
| Medal of Valor | Earn an S rank on every mission in the game. |
| The Fool | Get taken out by a hostile civilian. |
| Way Out West | Complete Coyote using only a .357 Magnum. |
| Hidden and Dangerous | In Lawmaker, restrain every civilian without neutralizing suspects. |
| After the Storm | Earn an S rank on all Home Invasion DLC missions. |
| Meldonin | Complete all Dorms objectives in under 5 minutes. |
| The World | Finish the game in Ironman mode. |

| Big Shell Specialist | Get 2 long-range (30m+) headshots on different suspects in Leviathan. |
| Sleeper Agent | Arrest/incapacitate 15 suspects in quick succession (within 15s of each other) in 3 Letter Triad. |
