There are five main objectives in the Carriers of the Vine quest. These include securing all suspects, rescuing all hostages, gathering evidence, etc. The most important part of the quest is to arrest all thirteen hostiles, which falls under the “Bring Order to Chaos” quest. This is what we will discuss in this guide.
What makes this quest unique and different from other missions is the high number of available suspects. Apart from 13 suspects, there are around 17 items that need to be bagged as evidence as well. Make sure to disarm the hostiles and collect their weapons as soon as you detain them.

The most effective way to arrest all suspects is by checking and taking care of one room at a time.
