Getting an S Rank in Ready or Not missions is challenging. Follow this comprehensive guide to learn how to do so in the Greased Palms quest.

To get an S Rank in the Greased Palms mission in Ready or Not, you need to make sure you do everything perfectly. Even one minor mistake can cost you the prestigious S Rank. Note that you might need to restart the mission a few times if you are aiming for an S Rank. That said, here is how you can do so in the Greased Palms mission.
Completing the Greased Palms Quest With S Rank in Ready or Not

The entire quest takes place inside the Los Suenos Postal Service office. You need to arrest or eliminate a group of hostiles and rescue multiple hostages from the crisis. Since the map is vast, you need to prepare well and play carefully. While there is no particular order in which you need to finish this mission, for an S Rank run, we suggest entering from the storefront.
Most likely, you will find Maria Lopez, the first hostage, here as well. You can head to the parking lot after this. Eliminate or arrest any hostiles here, then head inside the processing center. This is the most challenging area of the map. If you are targeting an S Rank, you can only do so using non-lethal weapons. The best pick for this situation is the Beanbag Shotgun for short-range battles and the M320 Launcher for long-range combat.
Completing this mission using non-lethal weapons will be extremely tricky. Multiple suspects will be hidden in corners. Make sure to use light armor with Ceramic plates to protect yourself without sacrificing any movement speed. Another thing to keep in mind is to eliminate any civilians with a face tattoo, as they are not actually civilians but hostiles in disguise.

If you are an experienced player, it is much better not to use help from your AI teammates for this quest. They can often get confused mid-combat and fail to figure out where the shots are coming from. If any of them get eliminated, it can cost you your S Rank.
