This mission comes early in the game and is not really difficult to finish as well. How To Complete the Twisted Nerve Quest in Ready or Not
You will be entering a compound that is being used as a drug manufacturing unit. There will be a few hostiles that you need to eliminate. In total, there are three objectives in this mission: rescue the minor trapped inside the house, take care of the lab, and collect the illegal cash from the house. You should enter from the main door itself and then move to the first floor. Make sure to check every room carefully.
Subsequently, you can complete all three objectives on the first floor itself. Again, check every room one by one. One of the rooms will be the storage room for these drugs, the other one will have the money that you are looking for, while the last one will have the minor. Now, cross the bridge to get to the next house. You will find the lab where these drugs were being produced here. Enter carefully and bag any evidence that you can find.

Now, do the same for the second meth lab, which is right in front of the first one. Make sure to check every table and drawer, and even under the beds. Make sure not to use any grenades or fatal weapons inside the minors’ room. If the child deals any damage, the mission will automatically fail.
