There are multiple ways to play Rematch, and while most of them are on the pitch, sometimes you can take the game airborne. Using your head, both metaphorically and literally, plays a crucial part in Rematch. It’s a great way to misdirect the opponents and create better chances for you to change the tone of the game.

In this article, we will be looking at how you can bounce the ball on your head in Rematch.

Bounce the Ball on Your Head in Rematch

There are multiple uses of bouncing the ball on your head. One being passing a lob ball to your teammates to perform a volley shot, or just to dribble against your opponents. You can also use it to score goals. Now, there are multiple ways to set yourself up with the header. You can do it with the help of your teammate or by yourself as well.

  1. For a more probable assist, playing with friends helps create better coordination.
  2. Once your teammate has the ball, call for a lob assist. The teammate will then either shoot the ball towards you or give a high pass.
  3. Once you see a blue crosshair around the ball, you have two options.
    Press ‘Triangle’ or ‘Y’ on your PlayStation or Xbox, respectively, to control the ball with your head and move forward.
    Press ‘Square’ or ‘X’ to continue to either pass back or score a goal by aiming in the intended direction.

Self Bounce

  1. To do it on your own, first get control of the ball.
  2. Sprint ahead with ‘L1’ or ‘LB’.
  3. Now press ‘R1 + X’ or ‘RB + A’ to perform a flick. Now, immediately double tap ‘L1’ or ‘LB’ to enter the sprint boost mode.
  4. This will allow you to reach the ball as it travels up in the air. From here, click ‘Triangle’ or ‘Y’ to shoot the ball or ‘Square’ or ‘X’ to pass it. This is a harder and rarer way to set it up, but you can be at any place on the pitch to execute this.

Wall Rebound

  1. This is an easier way of getting it done. Take the ball towards the wall.
  2. Now diagonally face the wall and use the ‘R1 + X’ or ‘RB + A’ to flick the ball. Once the ball rebounds off the wall,
  3. Click the flick button again, and you will bounce the ball on your head. You can repeat this as many times as you want and carry the ball to the other side.

Earlier, you could spam the head juggle anywhere on the pitch, but this has since been removed as it gave players an unconventional advantage.
