Cristiano Ronaldo, over the years, has proven time and again why he is rightfully considered one of the Greatest of all time. A particular trick of his, made famous by successful integrations during games, is the Ronaldo chop. This move involves a sleek passage of way through your back, with a soft touch, leaving the opponent bamboozled.
Performing this trick is tricky to understand at first, but with enough practice, it will be a top move set to add to your arsenal. Follow these steps to perform the Ronaldo Chop in Rematch.
- Wait for an opponent to approach a close distance.
- Hold ‘L2’, ‘LS’ or ‘Shift’ as per the type of platform you’re using to play. This will have you enter the dribble stance.
- Once in that stance, tap ‘X’, ‘A’ or ‘Spacebar’ while moving left or right. This will begin the dribble phase.
- Now quickly release the dribble stance button while at the same time switching the direction of your player’s movement.
- This will initiate the Ronaldo Chop trick, shooting the ball past your back foot, away from the opponent.
