In this guide, we shall go over how to find the Welding Gas Tank in Incommunicado in Roadcraft, so you can deliver it back to the Relay.
Roadcradt is about visiting disaster-hit places and restoring them to how they once were. You play as the leader of a company undertaking these restoration efforts, driving from place to place, collecting resources, and fixing things. The game gives you a ton of objectives to complete, but one that throws many off is the objective to find a Welding Gas Tank.
While in the Incommunicado region of the Roadcraft, the game gives you the objective of delivering the Welding Gas Tank to the Relay. This seems easy on paper, except—what is a Welding Gas Tank? Where is it? The map is fairly large, and finding the tank is easier said than done. The game gives you very little information to go on, leaving you scanning the whole map for it.

How To Find the Welding Gas Tank in Roadcraft

To find the Welding Gas Tank, you first need to head to Redwood Bay. This area is to the southwestern end of the map, directly west of the Relay. Head to Redwood Bay and follow the road from the bay itself. You’ll then stumble across an abandoned suburban settlement. Follow the road along these houses, and you will see a fallen basketball hoop next to one of the houses. The Welding Gas Tank is right next to this house.
For a more precise location, open the map and search for the Redwood Bay icon. You will see a property to the top left of this icon. The Welding Gas Tank is next to the shed inside this property.
Once you’ve found the tank, use the cargo truck to load the tank. We recommend bringing in a truck with a crane to make the task easier. Use the crane, lift the tank up, load it onto the truck, and deliver it to the Relay.
