- Locate the downed teammate. If they’re in a dangerous area, you can pick them up and store them in your Sack, then drop them safely near your camp.
- Equip a Bandage or Medkit.
- Approach the downed player and hold the Interact button (typically “E” on PC).
- The teammate will revive – often with full health if you used a Medkit; Bandages restore less health, but both work.
How To Find Medkits and Bandages
Bandages
- Found rarely in chests, especially inside hospital buildings.
- Can be crafted using an Anvil with 2 Bunny Feet + 2 Wolf Pelts.
- Choosing the Medic class (via lobby, costs 40 Gems) starts you off with 2 Bandages.
Medkits
- Even rarer – found randomly in chests or hospitals.
- At level 3, the Medic class can upgrade a Bandage into a Medkit.
