The Mega Safari Harvest Event is here, and the expansion brings new and exciting Safari-type pets to Grow a Garden. Like last week’s update, many of the pets are famous African wild animals, and this guide will not only list all of them but also explain how you can get them. The guide will also discuss their traits and what they do to boost your Grow a Garden experience.

Grow a Garden Mega Safari Harvest Event: Pets
All Pets and Their Traits
There are six new pets in the Mega Safari Harvest Event. Below is the comprehensive list containing their abilities.

|---|---|
| Gecko | Nearby Safari plants get a 1.6x variant chance boost. |
| Hyena | Gets more XP/s if there are other Hyenas active in the pet slot. |
| Cape Buffalo | Has a chance to duplicate harvested plants. |
| Crocodile | NA |
| Lion | Advances the cooldown of all pets. Also mutates random plants with Safari-type mutations depending on the number of Safari-type pets in your garden. |
| Hippo | Applies Monsoon mutation randomly. Will also eat a Watermelon and sell it at 1.5x value. |

How To Get Them
You can buy all of the new pets from the Safari Shop. However, each of them has different unlock conditions. Below is a list of how you can get the Grand Safari Harvest pets and their price.
