The Grow a Garden Safari Harvest Event is here, and we have a new set of pets that players can get to boost their garden. As the name suggests, the Safari-type pets are all inspired by wild animals one might encounter in Africa. Grow a Garden Safari Harvest Event: Pets
All New Pets and Their Abilities
Pets are not just ornamental companions in Grow a Garden. Each comes with a unique set of abilities called Pet Traits that provide various bonuses to your garden. They might boost your crops, your pets, or sometimes both. The Safari Harvest event brings six new pets to Grow a Garden. Here is a list of the new pets and their pet traits.

| Oxpecker | Decreases the cooldown of other Safari-pets’ abilities. |
| Zebra | Every half an hour, the Zebras cause a stampede across the map and give the player a Safari-themed reward. |
| Giraffe | Occasionally eats a fruit that is 10 studs higher than the ground. Increases the sale value by 1.45x to 3x. The affected plant receives a growth boost, and all its other fruits acquire the Arid mutation. |
| Rhino | Will ram into fruits at regular intervals, giving them the Mirage mutation. The Rhino can also ram into active eggs, halving their hatch times. |
| Elephant | The Elephant will occasionally bless a pet between the 40-50 age group. This will increase their weight by 0.1 kg, but reset their age to 1. |
| Hydra | Its main ability triggers between 41:40 and 20:50 minutes. The ability does three things: Hydra ages up by 1, it hatches one egg in the garden, and gives a random crop the Terran mutation. If you have the Hydra equipped when selling the crop with a Terran mutation, there is a chance the Terran mutation will copy itself to another random fruit in your garden. |
