Players can now acquire four new rods in the Fisch Lost Jungle update. If you’re trying to get your hands on all of these, the following article should prove useful. Here, we’ll list down all of the new rods, their requirements, and stats so you can easily understand how you can unlock them for yourself. New Rods in Fisch Lost Jungle Update

Wind Elemental Rod

In the Northern Expedition, make your way to the Crystal Puzzle area and talk to the Wind Master NPC. You can accept the quest from him. Once that’s done, proceed to do the following:

  • Catch the Shiny Giant Bait Crate and appraise it at the Treasure Appraiser.
  • Catch the Shiny Sparkling King’s Blessing Pufferfish with the Shiny Totem using a Poseidon Rod.
  • Use a Seraphic Rod to catch the Shiny Blessed Whale Shark during the Whale Shark event. The rod must have the Shiny Totem or the Blessed enchantment.

Turn in all of these items to the Wind Master to get the Wind Elemental Rod. The following are the stats of this rod.

  • Luck: 555%
  • Control: 0.055
  • Resilience: 55%
  • Max Kg: infinite
  • Passive: chance to apply Heavenly mutation (Sale value improves greatly)

Vineweaver Rod

You can craft this rod using the following materials:

  • Vined Driftwood: Mutated or appraised Driftwood.
  • Vine Line: Get by completing the vine puzzle at the Forgotten Temple.
  • Vin Moth Pearl: You can get this rare material from event drops or appraising.

After acquiring all of these, proceed to the Ancient Isles craft bench. There, you can combine the resources to get the Vineweaver Rod. Here are the stats of this rod.

  • Lure Speed: ~80%
  • Luck: ~117%
  • Control: ~0.1
  • Resilience: ~40%
  • Max Kg: infinite
  • Passive: 30% chance for a vined Mutation. Added 10% forced progress speed. Fish freezes after 70% of the progress bar is full.

Toxic Spire Rod

One of the new rods in the Fisch Lost Jungle Update is the Toxic Spire Rod. You can craft this one using the following materials:

  • Poison Driftwood: Appraised or mutated Driftwood
  • Toxic Core: Receive this one from the toxic room in the temple puzzles
  • Murky Thread: Get it from Lost Jungle puzzle drops.

Take the ingredients to the Ancient Isles craft bench to finish crafting the Toxic Spire Rod. It has the following stats:

  • Lure Speed: ~87%
  • Luck: ~248
  • Control: ~0.3
  • Resilience: around -20% (so add resilience enchants)
  • Max Kg: infinite
  • Passive: Progress speed increases by 20%. 15% chance to apply the Toxic mutation to your catch, which increases value by 8x.

Elder Mossripper Rod

This is the most difficult rod to acquire or craft amongst all four. To get the necessary ingredients, you’ll need to complete all five puzzle rooms in the Lost Temple. This will get you access to the Mossjaw. After that, you will need to collect these materials:

  • Shrouded Golden Sea Pearl: Extremely rare appraise or shrouded mutation.
  • Elder Mossjaw: You’ll get this exclusively by fishing in the Mossjaw room.
  • Mossy Core

Once you get your hands on all of these materials, you can craft the rod using the Ancient Isles craft bench. The rod has the following stats:

  • Lure Speed: ~90%
  • Luck: ~215%
  • Control: ~0.2
  • Resilience: ~50%
  • Max Kg: infinite
  • Passives: +45% fish weight, a chance to apply Moss or Shrouded mutations, and +30% progression speed.
