To obtain this character, you must be in the Void Event. To access the void event, click on the icon on the right-hand side of the screen titled “Void Event.” Once at the event, you have to collect Void Tickets. You can defeat monsters to collect Void Tickets.
Once you have collected enough tickets, you can open the Void Crate. The Void Nuclearo Dinosauro has a 1% chance of dropping from these crates, making it a challenging goal. So be prepared to grind.
You can open a maximum of eight Void Crates at once, increasing your chances of unlocking this character. Remember, it is an extremely rare item, hence you have to be a bit patient to obtain it.
