If role-playing simulation games are your thing, then you might want to check out CNA Simulator. Developed by @gojy41, the game was released in March 2024. Since then, it has accumulated over 10 million visits and has an active player base of over 12K. As the name suggests, players become Certified Nursing Assistants. You will work in a hospital, primarily in the Emergency Room (ER), with additional units like ICU, PACU, Pharmacy, Basement, and Cafeteria. This article will provide you with a beginner’s guide to CNA Simulator.

How To Play CNA Simulator in Roblox

First, launch the game. To access it, go to the Roblox website or app and search for “CNA Simulator.” Once you find it, press the “Play” button.

You will spawn as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Crimson Care Hospital. Your primary tasks will be in the Emergency Room (ER), although you will also have access to other units like ICU, PACU, Pharmacy, and newly added areas like the Basement and Cafeteria.

How To Escort Patients

You can escort patients by pressing “E” near them. Once you are inside the room, go to the bed and press “E” to assign the patient. The game will require you to perform simple tasks, such as “Get Clean Linens” and “Scan Bladder.” Here are some common tasks:

  • EKG: Grab the EKG machine from the supply closet, apply it to the patient; doctors may review the results.
  • Blood Sugar Check: Use the glucometer from the supply closet.
  • Bladder Scan: Apply the bladder scanner for urinary issues.
  • Naloxone: Administer naloxone and oxygen for opiate overdose patients (ambulance arrivals).
  • Restraints (Code Gray): Get restraints from the stock room and apply them to confused or aggressive patients.
  • Respiratory Failure (ICU): Call the Respiratory Therapist and give saline, antibiotics, or albuterol.
  • Patient Requests: Fulfill VIP (four tasks) or basic needs (blankets, water, family calls).

How To Earn Points

The main in-game currency is Discharge Points. You can use points for progression and unlocking content. For instance, if you reach the Clinical Nurse Manager level (unlocked at 1,000 points), you gain access to exclusive hospital areas like the Clinical Nurse Manager Office. Here’s how you can earn points:

  • Treat Patients: Approach patients in the ER or other units (ICU, PACU, Pharmacy). Complete their task list.
  • Discharge Patients: Complete all tasks for a patient to discharge them.
  • Avoid Interruptions: Work in less crowded areas to prevent patient-stealing.
