A Complete Beginner’s Guide for Dig and Hatch a Brainrot

Gameplay Overview

As you begin the game, a short tutorial will help you get a brief idea of what the gameplay looks like. You’ll head straight for the Dirt section, where you have to equip the basic shovel in your inventory and begin digging. As you dig, you will unearth a Brainrot egg. Quickly take this back past the finish line. Next, switch to the Plot section. Here, you will plant the egg and wait for it to hatch. The hatch time can vary depending on the kind of egg you find. One the hatch process is complete, interact with the egg and the Brainrot will be added to your plot. It will start generating money for you.

With the money you now possess, head to the Shovels section. There, you will find a bunch of Shovels for purchase. While some are worth millions of dollars, you will start by purchasing the Wood Shovel for now. After that, keep repeating this cycle of digging and planting more Brainrots in your Plot. Collect money from them and then unlock better equipment.

Controls

• WASD: Movement
• Hold right mouse button: Move camera
• 1: Equip Shovel
• 2: Equip Bat
• 3: Equip Egg (if any)
• Left mouse button: Dig while equipping the Shovel
• E: Interact

Selling Eggs

You can also decide to sell an egg rather than planting it in your plot. If that’s what you intend to do, head to the Shovels section and speak with the Sell Brainrots and Eggs NPC.

Bats

While Shovels help you dig for rarer Brainrots quicker, you also have a Bat in your inventory when you begin the game. You can hit other players with your bat while they’re carrying a Brainrot egg. After doing that, as they drop the egg, you can carry it back to your plot to add it to your collection. While slapping others with the bat, also be wary of players trying to do the same to you.

You can purchase better Bats from the Bat merchant in the Shovels section of the game.

Shop

You can find the Shop icon on the left hand side of the screen. clicking on it opens the menu where you can purchase a wide variety of items, including boosters and more. You will need to shell out Robux to purchase most of these items.

Rebirth

The game also has a rebirth system. You will need to spend $500K to initiate the Rebirth process. Also, you have to possess the Trulimero Trulicinna and Tung Tung Sahur Brainrots. When you go through with Rebirth, you’ll lose all of your accumulated shovels, meony and Brainrots. In exchange, you’ll get a fresh start with the following:

• +0.25 second crack strength
• +1 Brainrot slot
• +50% earnings multiplier
• Red Cannon
• Incubator
