No tidal charts, moon phases, or weather gimmicks here: each catch hinges on showing up with the right rod and bait, and then dropping a line until the reel whirs.
Fisch Grand Reef Guide
To complete the Grand Reef section of your Fisch bestiary, you need to catch exactly eight specific fish. Each one has set requirements for bait, and two need the Nocturnal Rod to be caught. Fortunately, none of these fish are tied to time of day or weather conditions, hence you can grind through the entire list at your pace. Follow the guide below to lock in your 100% completion.
Step 1: Get to Grand Reef
First, navigate to the island using the GPS coordinates: (-3554.2, 143.3, 472.2)

Step 2: Catch All 8 Fish

Rarer fish like the Coral Emperor and Grand Reef Guardian require harder-to-get items like Fish Heads and Truffle Worms, so it’s best to farm or buy those in advance to avoid interruptions.
Moreover, equip the Nocturnal Rod before setting off. Only two fish specifically require it, but since they’re necessary for 100% completion, it’s better to have the correct gear from the start rather than making a return trip later. The best part?
