The latest update for Grow a Garden is finally here, and it brings in some huge changes to the game. The Beanstalk event is now live, which will reward you for contributing plants to the Beanstalk merchant. There are a total of 10 new plants and five new pets you can get. Fertilizers, fence skins, and a garden guide are also added to the game.

  • Beanstalk Event
    • Team up with other players to help grow Jack’s Beanstalk. Submit plants with the traits Jack requires and climb to the top to earn rewards based on your contribution.
    • You will find the event shop at the top of the Beanstalk where you can purchase items using Sheckles.
    • The more you contribute to Jack, the more items you can unlock in the shop.
    • Contribute to six different beanstalk growths to unlock a portal that lets you skip the climb.
    • Unlock a variety of rewards including a new fence skin, fertilizer, seeds, pets, and more.
  • Garden Guide
    • The new Garden Guide is a garden encyclopedia that acts as an index for all the features in the game.
    • It lets you view detailed item information, track collections, monitor achievements, and check your level progress.
    • Complete seven rarities of achievements to earn experience and exclusive rewards. After completing each set, you will be rewarded.
    • You can now level up in the game and unlock rewards at each level. The highest level currently is level 50

    • You can now customize your fences by applying different skins. There are a total of four new fence skins you can apply.

    • Pet Pouch – Grants an additional pet inventory slot. Gives you 50 uses and can be crafted in the crafting shop.
    • Silver Fertilizer – Temporarily turns a plant silver for two hours.
    • Silver Seed Packs – Contain silver variants of shop seeds from each rarity (Common, Uncommon, Rare, Legendary, Mythical, Divine, and Prismatic).
    • Garden Guide – Viewable in-game.
  • Events
    • Solar Eclipse – Introduces the “Eclipsed” mutation.
    • New admin weather effects.
    • Additional plant mutations.
  • New Cosmetics
    • Statue of Achievement – Adds 100 backpack slots when placed in your garden.
    • Cooking Kit – Permanent cooking pot for your garden (up to three placed per slot).
    • Additional event-themed cosmetics available.

Fixes, Changes and Quality of Life Improvements

  • Pets can now be sold directly from the pet info menu.
  • Added silver plant/fruit variants.
  • Pets can now be fed food.
  • Cosmetic inventory and placement slot upgrade caps have been doubled.
  • Reduced spawn rate of the Gnome Merchant.
  • Daily quests are now included in the Garden Guide.
  • Flying pets now display cooldown timers in the active pet UI.
  • Improved pet loadout management for mobile users.
  • Favorite button in the backpack now cycles between showing favorites, hiding favorites, and showing all items.
  • Fixed a bug allowing multiple tools to be equipped at once.
  • Various additional fixes and optimizations.
