Grow a Garden: Infected Mutation
The Infected mutation is a new limited mutation that is not related to the Chicken Zombie pet or the Zombified mutation. However, both mutations have a similar visual appearance and change the color of the affected fruit to green.

You can only obtain the new mutation during the Jandel Zombie Invasion event. The event was teased by the official Grow a Garden account on X. As the post depicts, during the event, a giant Jandel Monkey in a suit appears behind the pet egg shop and crafting area.
The model has a horned staff in its hands. During the event, many zombies spawn on the map and run around hunting for players. If a zombie touches you, your Roblox character gets infected. You also gain the ability to infect others on the server.
While the event is ongoing, fruits and flowers in your garden also have a chance to get the Infected Mutation. Currently, this is the only way for a fruit to become infected.
Infected Mutation: Multiplier
The new mutation is quite powerful. Not only does it turn crops green, but it also applies a 75x multiplier to the fruit’s value. This is much better than most of the normal mutations your crops can acquire, and only a few limited admin event mutations give your crops better value.
