The Kitsune Chest rewards are live in Grow a Garden with the Corrupted Event update on July 26, 2025. It is one of the primary ways you can obtain some of the new plants and pets introduced in the game. In this article, we will be explaining everything there is to know about the Kitsune Chest, how to obtain it, and a list of the reward drop chances.
Kitsune Chest: List of Reward Drop Chances
Players can obtain six distinct rewards every time they open a Kitsune Chest in Grow a Garden. It is the first chest-type item in the game. Unlike a seed pack that only gives you seeds or an egg that you can hatch for a pet, the chest yields both pets and seeds. As mentioned, all of the items you obtain from it are brand-new seeds and pets, part of the Corrupted Event update.
Without further ado, here is a list of everything you get from the chest along with their corresponding drop chance.

How To Get the Kitsune Chest in Grow a Garden
As the name suggests, you can get the chest by completing the Kitsune Quests. This is a new quest chain that is part of the Corrupted Event update. The second half of the Zen event introduced the Kitsune NPC at the center of the event area. Follow these steps to obtain it:
- Walk to the Kitsune NPC at the center of the map.
- Submit an even number of crops with Tranquil and Corrupt Mutations.
