Grow a Garden developers have released the new update for the game. The latest update is called the Trading and Cooking Event (August 2, 2025). This event is themed around farming, cooking, and trading. 6 new plants have been added to the game. You can obtain these plants from a new egg pack. Let’s learn more about it.

How To Get the New Plants
You can obtain the new plants via the Gourmet Seed Pack and/or Exotic Gourmet Seed Pack. If you’re wondering how to get these, here’s a guide:
Gourmet Seed Pack: To get the Gourmet Seed Pack, you need to visit the Chris P NPC and submit dishes made in the cooking pot by combining fruits and vegetables. Matching Chris P’s hourly cravings (shown in a speech bubble) increases the chance of receiving a Gourmet Seed Pack as a reward. You may need multiple attempts, as the drop is not guaranteed.
Exotic Gourmet Seed Pack: The Exotic Gourmet Seed Pack is available exclusively through the Limited Time Shop. However, this involves Robux. Prices are:
- 10 Packs: 1,699 Robux
- 1 Pack: 199 Robux
- 3 Packs: 575 Robux
